Jenni has a network of professionals who share her commitment to making a positive impact. Beyond her business endeavors, she is a proud mother and grandmother with a passion for agriculture and food security, owning a small farm in rural Oklahoma.

Chief Financial Officer
Gina is the CFO for Amerind Sage, Amerind Prep, and Amerind Equip, with 35 years of experience in Non-Profit/Government Accounting. She specializes in Cost Accounting, Grant Writing, and contract compliance auditing for companies ranging from 12M to 120M.
Gina's positive outlook and tireless energy inspire her colleagues. She's a proud Southern California, devoted to her extensive family and friend network, and her favorite saying reflects her dedication to her work; "I'll never stop counting!"
Joseph B. Cusolito
Financial Counselor
Joseph has had a diverse 30-year career in finance and banking. He holds a Finance degree from California State University, Long Beach, with an internship at McDonnell-Douglas Aircraft Company.
Joseph also completed accounting units at UCLA and is a registered CPA candidate in California. He previously held FINRA Services 7 and 66 licenses.
Born in Southern California, Joseph is an entrepreneur with interests in music, motorcycling, hiking, football, and animals. He is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their goals as an Amerind Sage client.
Steve Hargis
Project Coordinator
Steve Hargis is an advocate for Biota and Regenerative Farming Practices at R&D Farms in Checotah, Oklahoma. His mission is to establish profitable industrial hemp farming in the state. He coordinated a $500,000 CBD/Hemp operation and co-founded the Veteran's Energizing America project to educate veterans about
regenerative farming.
